How to Delete Your Account
MacroFuel AI by Twin Apex Solutions, LLC allows you to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Follow the steps below:
- Send an email to Macrologpro@gmail.com from the email address associated with your MacroFuel AI account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- In the body of the email, confirm that you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted.
- We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully deleted.
Request Account Deletion
What Data Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information (email, name, profile)
- All meal logs and nutrition history
- Workout sessions and exercise history
- Fasting session records
- Weight and body composition history
- Wellness data (hydration, sleep, activity)
- Micronutrient tracking data
- Community posts in Circles
- Custom macro goals and preferences
Note: If you have an active Elite subscription, please cancel it through the app's "Manage Subscription" option on your Profile tab before requesting account deletion. Stripe payment records are retained as required by financial regulations but are not linked to your personal profile after deletion.
Data Deletion Without Account Removal
You may also request deletion of specific data (such as meal logs or workout history) without deleting your entire account. Simply specify which data you'd like removed in your email to Macrologpro@gmail.com.
Data Retention Period
After receiving your deletion request:
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics
- Stripe transaction records are retained per financial compliance requirements
